Advanced Viral Genome Analysis

Positional methylations cause secondary structures and affect the host adaptation. In order to reveal insights into viral infection, it is necessary to have improved genomic knowledge of their genomes from the total mutant spectra. The total mutant spectra genome size is the whole potential genome size whose subsets are both viral quasi-species and the infection ecology variants of the virus whenever the broad-host-range RNA virus is at stake. The viral mutant clouds through the genomic variants (Host-adapted) and the differential methylation sites (Host-Physiology-adapted), available in the infectome, can be isolated in our service. In our service, we are not only identifying the diagnostic and therapeutic targets of the viruses but also can create the diagnostic kits and therapeutic agents upon request.
